CapitalBio builds and standardizes biochip-based high-throughput technology platforms and their applications. These include DNA microarrays, protein microarrays, cell arrays and biomedical informatics to address the needs of Systems Biology, and to meet the analytical challenges posed in fields as diverse as bio-hazard, bio-environmental and bio-medical research. We develop partnerships with both pharma and biotech companies, and collaborate with research institutes, universities and hospitals to stimulate the wider application of our high-throughput technologies. |

At CapitalBio, we are dedicated to build up China´s biomedical research instrumentation industry. We produce complete microarray systems, fluorescence scanners and related products, and manufacture various specialist biochips, related instrumentation and control and analysis software. We are also developing bioresources and bioinformatic tools to serve biomedical research, building biomaterial banks and databases, and developing relevant high-performance / low cost hardware and software. In addition, we recognize our responsibility as a national center to promote biotechnology education in China and to share information on advanced biomedical life-science research. |
